Metro-North Railroad, Amtrak, and the MTA provide accessible stations and trains.

Accessible parking
Parking spaces for customers with disabilities are available in every parking lot, subject to availability. Vehicles must prominently display a non-expired, state-issued ADA license plate, placard, or permit. Violators will be towed. A courtesy discount is available to customers with official, non-expired, state-issued ADA license plates, placards, or permits.
- Upon exit, press the HELP button to speak with an attendant. They will validate your ADA tag and adjust your fee to reflect the discount.
- Charges are incurred in 12 hour increments until the daily maximum is reached.
Accessible rental cars, shuttles, ride shares, and taxis
Rental Cars
NY Stewart partners with a select number of car rental companies. Some may offer vehicles with hand controls. For details, please contact the rental company directly.
Shuttles
Travelers can arrange accessible airport shuttle service in advance. Shuttles offer a reliable and comfortable option for those who need additional space or assistance. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Ride-Share Apps
Ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft offer accessible vehicles with features such as wheelchair ramps and extra space. You can filter for accessible rides right in the settings or ride request screen. Pick up is available right in front of the terminal.
Taxis
You can request a wheelchair-accessible taxi by visiting the Welcome Center, where an ACES can help you book an accessible taxi. Accessible taxis cost the same as regular ones.
