Pick-up and Drop-off Areas
Plan ahead for pick ups and drop offs
No parking is permitted at the terminal curbside. This area is for passenger pick up and drop off only. Any unattended vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense. If your passenger is not ready when you arrive, you may wait in the Short-Term Parking Lot located directly in front of the terminal—the first 15 minutes are free.
Cell phone wait lot
Another recommended option for passenger pickup is the free Cell Phone Lot, located less than a half mile from the terminal. This lot allows you to wait comfortably in your vehicle until your passenger and their bags are ready.

Accessible curbside unloading for departing flights
Passengers and luggage may be dropped off at the curb directly in front of the airport. Drivers picking up passengers may not wait at the curb unless the passenger and their bags are already present. If your passenger is not ready, please wait in the Cell Phone Lot until they are available to be picked up.
If you need assistance with checking bags or navigating to your gate, contact your airline at least 24 hours before your flight. Travelers using a motorized wheelchair or scooter should review the airline’s specific policies when booking their ticket.
